OverviewA leading global investment bank is seeking a Senior Risk Business Analyst Team Lead to join its Technology Innovation function. This role requires strong Counterparty Credit Risk expertise and a genuine passion for technology, AI, and digital transformation. You will lead a team of BAs while driving forward-thinking solutions across the Risk portfolio.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of BAs within the Risk portfolio.Act as a key partner to senior stakeholders across Credit Risk, Change, and Technology.Oversee delivery of complex risk initiatives, ensuring effective planning and governance.Work hands-on as a Lead BA: requirements, documentation, functional analysis, testing, and solution design.Drive innovation—champion AI and emerging technology across the BA function.Manage resourcing, performance, KPIs, and BA governance.Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.Essential Skills & RequirementsStrong Counterparty Credit Risk knowledge (credit limits, CSAs, PFE, collateral, trade lifecycle).Excellent understanding of financial products: Derivatives, Bonds, Credit, FX, Securities Financing.BA experience within a top-tier bank / consultancy; confident across full SDLC.Technical skills: SQL, advanced Excel; knowledge of systems such as Markitwire, Bloomberg, Moody’s, Markit Analytics.Forward-thinking mindset with clear passion for innovation and AI adoption.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving ability.Team leadership or mentoring experience (full management not essential but desirable).Nice to Have: Murex knowledge (risk, P&L, trade lifecycle).PackageSalary: Up to £120,000Bonus & Full Benefits PackageHybrid – 3 / 4 days per week in LondonChance to lead within a high-profile Technology Innovation team, shaping the future of risk capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
