Role IT Analyst (18‑Month FTC) Location London, England, United Kingdom (Required on‑site 5 days per week) Role Mission As an Apprentice IT Support Analyst, you will join our IT Support team to provide first‑line technical assistance to internal users across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in IT, gain hands‑on experience, and develop core technical and customer service skills. What You Will Be Doing In Your Role Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues. Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls promptly and professionally. Assist with new starter setups, including device configuration and account provisioning. Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems under supervision. Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or relevant teams. Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system. Support routine maintenance tasks and system updates. Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies. What Skills Will Help You Be Successful Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Enthusiasm for learning and developing technical skills. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; A‑levels or equivalent desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems is a plus.
