What you will do Manage a small caseload and support Social Workers with complex cases, ensuring all children receive the care and guidance they require. Provide management oversight by completing supervision, chairing strategy meetings, and leading stability meetings. Participate in duty cover once a week, with the possibility of additional cover as needed. Collaborate closely with other team members to develop best practices and uphold high standards in care and support. This role is within the Looked After Service, offering the chance to significantly impact the lives of children in care.
