A warm and inclusive mainstream primary school in Wantage is looking for a caring and dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. This rewarding role involves providing personalised support to a pupil with moderate additional needs, helping them feel confident, engaged, and successful throughout the school day.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Offer tailored support to a pupil with moderate SEN needs
* Assist with learning tasks, emotional regulation, and classroom routines
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver individual support strategies
* Encourage independence, resilience, and positive engagement
* Help create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

While experience with SEN is beneficial, the school also welcomes applicants who bring empathy, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
