You’ll work cross‑functionally and collaboratively, always strive to be the best and even have some fun along the way. About the role We are seeking a Production Planner to join our dynamic team. The Production Planner will be responsible for managing the short‑to‑medium term planning horizon and coordinating production workflow for multiple products in IGC. Create & maintain production schedules, working cross‑functionally with Operations, CI, Technical and Product Development to create the best plan to ensure maximum performance. Key Responsibilities Attend and contribute production scheduling input to the weekly planning meetings to review the next 4 weeks + of daily Production plans. Agree and sign off the plans with any amends discussed during the meeting and ensure material availability can facilitate these amends. Attend and contribute production scheduling input to the daily Supply chain meetings. Ensure any actions are completed and use the opportunity to interact with work colleagues to ensure continuity. Work collaboratively with the Raw Materials Controllers to ensure planning cohesion and minimise plan changes and waste exposure. Attend and contribute to the weekly Supply Chain team meeting to update on weekly performance indicators and share successes, priorities, issues, and to escape any need for help. Collaborative working with Product Development team to plan trials aligned to weekly production plan and required launch dates. Qualifications and Experience Desirable – Food manufacturing experience Required - Experience within a Supply Chain role, specifically within a production scheduling discipline or similar Required - Experience of using multiple systems such as Microsoft Navision, Microsoft Excel and various others Supply Chain based systems.
