We invest in learning and career progression.✨ Wellbeing First – From mental health support to fitness perks, we care about the whole you.What You’ll Do✅ Develop, update, and implement employment policies ensuring compliance with UK labour laws and international regulations.✅ Conduct audits of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.✅ Advise HR & leadership on UK employment law.✅ Draft and update policies across multiple jurisdictions.✅ Lead investigations and support employee relations.✅ Collaborate with HR on employment-related claims, litigation, and regulatory inquiries.✅ Deliver training and monitor compliance trends.What You’ll Need✔ UK-qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience.✔ Strong knowledge of employment law, HR laws and regulations.✔ International exposure (private practice or in-house).✔ Experience in investigations, employee relations, settlements & drafting employment contracts and policies.Nice to HaveExperience in retail or consumer sectors.Agile, risk-based approach and curiosity about global labour laws.✅ Ready to take the next step?
