If so, we’d like to talk. We’re looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs. If you have 3 years of experience in construction estimation, and excellent project and time management skills, please apply today.ResponsibilitiesInquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposal and budgetsWork closely with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractorsProduce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managersSupply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costsEstimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projectsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is neededBachelors’ degree in civil engineering, accounting, construction management, or related field is requiredExceptional time-management, project management, and communication skills are essentialCritical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills are requiredExtensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating softwareCompensation$500 hourlyAbout Rusty Bucket ConstructionRusty Bucket Construction LLC is a Construction Management company registered in the State of California that works as a Prime Contractor and specializes in government projects.
