Autism Teaching Assistant

Location: New Milton areaHours: 8.30am to 4pmAge Group: 11-16 Are you passionate about supporting young learners and helping them thrive? We are looking for a dedicated Autism Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school environment. This is a full-time role with an immediate or January start, working with secondary-aged students (11-16) in an alternative provision setting. Your role will be to provide tailored support that promotes engagement, confidence, and independence in learning. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver personalised strategies that help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
