They’re now seeking an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to lead the MEP delivery on a landmark multi-block residential development in Brighton. With a £20M MEP package and a three-year build programme, this is a long-term opportunity offering real responsibility, stability, and the chance to shape a major project from the inside out. What You’ll Be Doing Leading all MEP delivery across multiple residential blocks Driving coordination between design, commercial, and construction teams Managing subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery Overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and handover Acting as the go-to technical lead for all building services matters on site What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Building Services Manager or Senior BSM on large residential or mixed-use projects Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and project sequencing Confidence managing Tier 1 subcontractors and design coordination Excellent communication and leadership skills A proactive mindset and passion for delivering best-in‑class results Why This Role?
