Together with our customers, we have already diverted over 100 million tonnes of waste material from landfill and put it back into the materials market for use in construction; protecting sand & aggregates in areas where natural material reserves are in decline and enabling production to happen closer to markets. Responsibilities Supporting the sales team with day‑to‑day workload and general administrative duties – presentations, quotes, expenses, CRM, reports etc. Supporting the wider Business Development team with day‑to‑day activities where required. Travelling with the Business Development team to support with customer meetings, exhibitions, open days, and trade shows. Updating the CRM system at all times in an accurate and timely fashion. Co‑managing the BDM/Customer Care & TPS team in their execution of this. Preparing monthly reports, outlining progress against sales success metrics and KPIs. Providing data and reports to assist the sales team. Coordinating and following up on new leads and generating new sales leads in an effective and structured manner using resources provided. Detailing pricing and delivery information with customers and liaising with sales order processing staff to ensure that all orders are promptly received and handled. Adhering to the Company Health and Safety Policy. Performing any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role. Skills Needed Sales, People. Required Criteria Good level of secondary education with a high degree of numeracy and literacy. Educated to degree level in an Engineering and/or Commercial/Financial discipline, preferably Mechanical. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills. Computer literate. The desire to want to ‘Do It Right’. Good communication and presentation skills. Solution orientated. Right to work in the UK. Desired Criteria Experience in the specific process of Aggregate Washing and Water Treatment. Experience in managing teams. Experience and existing relationships with the typical CDE Customer set.
