The school offers a nurturing environment with a strong multidisciplinary team. About the Role You will lead a class team to plan and deliver differentiated lessons across EYFS to Post-16, integrating therapy advice and communication strategies. The role focuses on functional communication, life skills, and accredited pathways. Responsibilities Create engaging, personalised learning plans aligned with EHCP targets Foster independence and positive behaviour using structured approaches Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and families Assess and track progress effectively Qualifications and Requirements QTS/QTLS with proven SEN teaching experience Knowledge of AAC, sensory integration, and structured teaching (e.g., TEACCH) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
