Key Duties A pivotal role in the Professional Indemnity (PI) underwriting division. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong broker relationships across the UK, driving new business initiatives and strategies to expand market presence, providing expert underwriting guidance to ensure the profitability and sustainability of the portfolio, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise processes and enhance overall efficiency, and analysing market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats. Proven experience in Professional Indemnity underwriting with extensive broker network connections. A track record of successfully driving new business growth. Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
