Overview Join as a Senior HR Advisor at Ryvita, located in Poole, working full‑time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday with flexibility for a 24‑hour manufacturing site and one day per week from home. You will be the go‑to person in the People & Performance team, providing expert advice to managers and employees, managing employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and supporting people strategies and organisational change. Key Accountabilities Provide expert advice and lead on all disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness/capability cases, ensuring consistency and fairness in handling employee relation cases with our manufacturing operations. Proactively support managers in the effective application of our People policies and procedures, acting as a trusted advisor. Manage recruitment campaigns and support managers through the process, providing expert advice on best methods for recruitment and selection. Support workforce planning and ensure optimum skills coverage across our factories. Identify, develop and deliver training to employees and managers to raise awareness of people management issues and internal policies and procedures. The Right Person Integrity, passion for results, superior quality, initiative, recognition & teamwork. Skills and Experiences Broad experience in an HR generalist role. In‑depth knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment and employment law, with experience managing complex employee relation cases independently. Ability to coach and influence managers to adopt best practices in people management. A self‑starter who can operate with pragmatism and at pace. Experience working in an FMCG business would be desirable but not essential.
