Description:37.5 Hours pwFull Time / Part TimeSalary based on experienceWe’re on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Middleweight Designer to join us on a short-term contract. If you love creating impactful, strategically-driven designs, this could be the perfect role for you.This is a2-month contractcovering one of our designers while they enjoy a sabbatical, running frommid-March to mid-May 2025. During this time, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to tackle exciting design challenges and deliver exceptional work for a mix of brands and organisations, both big and small.We’re a fast-paced, versatile studio that delivers on everything from brand identities to creative campaigns, pixel-perfect websites, and everything in between. To thrive here, you’ll need to hit the ground running and be adaptable in your day-to-day delivery.Please note: This is an office-based role at our studio in Chelmsford, Essex.What We’re Looking For:You’ll be someone with:Agency or design experience (around 3+ years is ideal)Strong digital design skills with an eye for layoutA solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaIncredible attention to detailThe ability to thrive under pressure, delivering high-quality work on timeExcellent communication skills, able to explain and articulate your ideasAn openness to feedback and a growth mindsetBonus Points: Motion and animation skillsBeyond your technical know-how, we’re looking for someone who’s:Friendly, approachable, and a true team playerCurious and always eager to learnConfident and creative, with a knack for generating original ideasProactive, self-motivated, and ready to take the initiativeEquipped with a good sense of humor (we don’t take ourselves too seriously)About us:We’re an award winning creative agency – born and bred in Chelmsford.
