Senior Support Worker

Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. What you’ll be doing: Assist in managing the care of the people that live with us, monitoring the quality and delivery of the service. Lead by example, motivate and develop the team to deliver a high‑quality provision. Promoting independence with the people we support with all aspects of personal care, cooking, cleaning, key working and general life skills. In house activities - baking, art/crafts, board games, sensory activities, reading etc. You will be adventurous, outgoing, and willing to participate in the chosen activities of the people we support. Who you are: An existing Senior Support worker or an experienced Support worker looking to progress. You can work well within a team and also when working alone. You will be adventurous, outgoing, and willing to participate in the chosen activities of the people we support. Every day is different, so we are looking for someone who is filled with enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive outlook. Flexible with a can‑do attitude. A motivated and passionate individual that can make a difference to the lives of the people we support. An NVQ level 2 and 3 is desirable. You will need to live within 15 miles of Tibshelf or drive and have your own vehicle due to shift times.
