Join to apply for the Regional Account Manager role at TieTalent Location: London/Remote – Field Based Salary: Up to £48,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Account Manager to deliver the growth number by winning new business for our KFF business through both the development of the portfolio of existing Regional Accounts and prospecting for new regional customers. What you’ll be doing Manage the Regional Account Manager Portfolio in KFF ensuring maximization of profit and long-term growth in a highly competitive sector. Maximize business for KFF through existing and new customer development, using intelligent and efficient account & pipeline development, maintenance & conversion skills. Implement a business strategy which develops customer relationships ensuring all aspects of KFF share of wallet opportunities are developed and contractual agreements are in place and reviewed for extension. Build strong internal relationships with and not limited to: KFF sales teams, finance, operations, telesales, and other stakeholders across Sysco GB. Ensure all administration is up to date and acted upon including preparation of bids/tenders and financial evaluation documents. What we are looking for Proven experience in foodservice sector sales. Good knowledge and experience of successfully managing group accounts or larger customers. Understands the tender sales process and can construct a strategy of growth. Competent in communicating at all levels both verbally and in writing. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize. Self-starter approach to role and own development. Confident in cold calling as well as customer care and development of customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with skill, humour, tact and resilience.
