What hours will you be working? 48 hours a week with two days off together. Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Head Chef, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus in a friendly and supportive environment. A leader and mentor to your brigade, you and your Sous Chef will also be passionate about their training and continued development. With overall responsibility for the kitchen, you will; produce best in class gastro pub food to delight our guests implement health and safety processes and maintain a 5-star rating achieve GP targets for the site, as well as managing stock and labour costs With recent senior kitchen experience, in a fresh food environment, you will relish the chance to develop your career at Hydes. Your Pub The Jolly Thresher is located in Lymm – a picturesque village adjacent to the Bridgewater Canal, attracting both locals and tourists. The site has a large outdoor area and a dedicated dining area inside where customers can enjoy an extensive fresh food menu. It also offers cosy drinking spaces with sizeable fireplaces.
