As Director of Project Management in our Infrastructure team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our strategy for expansion across new geographies, emerging sectors, and evolving service lines. We’re also keen to speak with anyone who can open up new clients or further grow our presence in sectors where we’re already strong, like Power & Energy. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and grow our Project Management offering across key infrastructure sectors Build lasting client relationships and secure new work across geographies, sectors, and services Operate your team with an entrepreneurial mindset – effectively running it as your own business unit Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through your reputation and industry network Stay close to your market – understanding where opportunities are, what’s coming next, and who the key players are Collaborate with other senior leaders to shape and deliver growth across the wider Infrastructure team Where You Might Drive Growth We welcome different approaches depending on your background and strengths.
