Help shape new, user-friendly processes—your ideas will influence real operational change. What You’ll Need Experience in rota coordination or workforce planning (healthcare desirable). Experience using people management or rostering systems. Knowledge of safe staffing practices and Working Time Regulations. GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths. Strong IT skills—Excel, Word, Outlook. Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills. What You’ll Do Build and maintain live rotas that adapt to sickness, leave, training, and shift changes. Publish rotas on time while ensuring safe staffing and compliance with Working Time Regulations. Work closely with hospital leaders and department managers to meet unit-specific needs. Coordinate induction schedules and ensure new starters are fully integrated into rotas. Update the people management system (POD) with staffing changes and accurate shift patterns. Support managers by tracking and managing annual leave and sickness to reduce service disruption.
