Sales Consultant EASTERN TOUCH EVENTS LTD is a specialist in bespoke wedding decor and luxury styling, based in Luton, United Kingdom. We turn blank canvases into masterpieces and create unforgettable experiences for our clients on their most important day. We are looking for a driven, charismatic and organized Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will own the client journey from the first sales pitch to seeing the vision come to life on the wedding day. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Proactively call leads, follow up on website inquiries, and respond to emails with speed and professionalism. Client Consultations: Conduct face‑to‑face or virtual appointments to understand the client’s vision and pitch our services effectively. The Pitch & Proposal: Create bespoke quotes and visual proposals/mood boards that capture the client’s theme and budget, ultimately closing the sale. Upselling: Identify opportunities to add value to existing bookings with additional décor items or upgrades. On‑Site Coordination: Attend events to oversee the installation team, ensuring decorations are set up according to the floor plan and our high luxury standards. Venue Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for venue staff and wedding planners on the day to ensure seamless logistics. Sales Administration: Draft contracts, issue invoices, process payments, and ensure all paperwork is signed and filed correctly. CRM Management: Keep the client database up to date with notes, call logs, and booking details. What We Are Looking For Sales Experience (Essential): Proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals and meet targets. Events Experience (Advantage): Previous experience in weddings, events, or hospitality is highly desirable, but not essential if you have the right attitude. Communication Skills: Articulate, warm, and professional, with the ability to build trust quickly. Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and evenings when required for appointments or on‑site event management.
