Here, your work creates impact you can see and feel, every day. Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Work model: remote based but with expectation of regular (weekly or biweekly) presence at our Stonehouse location {#LI-remote} Implement the UK Service strategy for instrumentation and support new product/service offerings. Build market insights and collaborate with Sales to promote service offerings during product sales. Lead customer-facing initiatives to drive service sales growth and market presence. Develop and deliver service marketing materials to enhance visibility and transparency. Align service operations with key customer accounts and use feedback to improve experience. Ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence across UK sites. Champion a strong safety culture and maintain full compliance with HSE and integrity standards. Lead, structure, and develop a skilled, motivated service team through effective recruitment and training.
