Senior Technical Project ManagerRole PurposeWe are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of software products to customers and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment across Product, UX, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Senior Management. Operating in a fast-paced, agile environment, the successful candidate will focus on iterative delivery and continuous feedback.ResponsibilitiesOversee product delivery and ensure consistent flow of value to customers and the businessLead rolling roadmap planning, estimation, resource allocation, budgeting, and change managementFacilitate project ceremonies, stand-ups, and updates to maintain visibility and coordinationManage cross-functional team activities and proactively address dependenciesMonitor work-in-progress, remove blockers, and manage internal roadblocksProvide regular reporting on project health, including metrics, status updates, and issue trackingTrack progress using burndown charts and other toolsCommunicate project status to senior stakeholders and elevate issues as neededDrive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinementSupport the VP of Product Planning and TPM in shaping team practicesSkills And ExperienceExperience managing multiple projects and teams in a global environmentFamiliarity with software product and SaaS deliveryProject Management certification or equivalent experiencePractical experience applying Lean and Agile methodologiesExperience with onshore-offshore delivery modelsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha, and other project/product management platformsAbout IdeagenIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day – from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
