The college are looking for an empathetic and enthusiastic Electrical Installation Trainer/ Skills Coach. 

The successful candidate will have:

A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Domestic and Commercial Electrical Installation

Substantial, relevant industry experience

Experience in training or assessing

Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and EPA requirements

Professional communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence using IT systems and digital tools

Flexibility and a collaborative mindset

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Being a Teacher or Lecturer within Further Education is a very rewarding experience, you will be challenged to shape a person’s future and help them to achieve access to Higher education or work towards their dream vocation of choice
