We are seeking an organised, discreet, and proactive Business Administrator to support the Business Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a good understanding of the operations of a working office and environment. This is a permanent full-time position, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week. Hours: 9.00 am – 18.00 pm. Key Responsibilities Updating the calendar and attendance records, preparing and formatting documents, replenishing office supplies, providing administrative ad hoc support, answering the telephone, booking meeting rooms, and onboarding new employees. Ensuring all travel information is up to date and recorded correctly. Maintaining the office filing system, completing any data entries. Undertaking some research, gathering information on various topics, handling queries from the team. Key Skills & Experience Experience in a supporting role in a department or company. Administrator or similar background (e.g. office junior, executive assistant). Impeccable discretion and ability to handle sensitive information. Good organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Microsoft Office proficiency. Flexible and adaptable with a calm, can-do attitude. Person Specification Personable, adaptable and professional.
