Our client is a prominent and growing fire safety consultancy, that specialising in Asbestos, Health & Safety, Fire Risk and Water Hygiene sectors. They are actively seeking the services of a focused, diligent and multi skilled Fire Risk Assessor in West Central London area and will consider applications from Notting Hill, Ealing, Hammersmith and the surrounding areas.Must hold the NEBOSH Fire Certificate or NEBOSH Fire Conversion – Technician status with recognized bodies – IFSM/IFPO/IFE would be preferred.Ideally, they are looking for an individual who comes from a strong consultancy and technical background within the fire industry, having experience in other industries would be beneficial but not essential.Must have an in‑depth knowledge and experience of undertaking fire risk assessments on various properties, including commercial, industrial and public sectors.Hold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Be proficient in using the Microsoft Package.Well versed with the Health & Safety procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertaking Fire Risk Assessments and Health & Safety Risk Assessments in various industry sectors, including commercial, industrial and.Fire plan drawings, fire drills, fire warden, use of extinguishers, real fire training, briefings, delivering training courses, etc.Delivering presentations and training.Managing and developing the company’s client base.Providing Fire and Safety Guidance and investigating incidents.Producing fire risk assessments reports and ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety Legislation with regards to fire.Dealing with issues effectively and appropriately.Liaising with clients and staff.The successful post-holder will be of smart disposition, confident, methodical and have the ability to show competency in undertaking Fire Risk Assessments without supervision.Must be prepared to travel extensively.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company that offers a competitive salary, depending on expertise, progression within the company, company car and along with other benefits.We are inundated with applications, we will endeavour to get back in touch, however if you have applied to Future Select and you have not heard from us after a week, on this occasion, you will not have been successful.
