Marketing Executive – Thermae Bath Spa Job Ref: YTL2240  Location: Thermae Bath Spa, Bath  Salary: £28,000 per annum plus benefits  Contract type: Permanent  Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) — 5 shifts per week. Posting date: 08/12/2025  Closing date: 21/01/2026 Role Overview The Marketing Executive will manage our social media platforms, develop and publish high‑quality, original content on a planned schedule, build connections, grow traffic, and drive digital engagement. Responsibilities Develop and monitor brand awareness campaigns. Manage and oversee customer feedback questionnaires, reporting weekly analytics. Host Influencer and Press visits, provide VIP service, follow up social media activity, and manage our digital press pack. Create print advertisements, fulfilling copy and design requirements. Plan a press release calendar and innovative marketing brand‑awareness proposals. Assist with managing our programme of events, including off‑time events. Manage our Green Tourism accreditation process and sustainability engagement. Qualifications Marketing degree and at least 1 year of Marketing Executive experience. Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with content management systems and automated marketing software. Excellent communication, time‑management and organisational skills. Strong understanding of digital and social media best practices. Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours for events, VIP visits and Press events. Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is an advantage but not essential.
