What you’ll do: Support the full-cycle recruitment process for bilingual French-English roles in a dynamic Edinburgh-based environment. Manage multiple recruitment projects, ensuring timely placements and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for roles requiring bilingual skills across various departments. Screen, interview, and engage candidates, emphasizing efficiency and quality throughout the process. Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen recruitment strategies, ensuring process excellence and proactive communication. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted partner throughout the hiring journey. Support regional and global talent initiatives, aligning with company standards and recruitment best practices. Attend the Edinburgh office three times a week to connect with the team and candidates in person. You’ll bring: Proven experience in bilingual recruitment (French-English), ideally within a multinational or diverse environment. Ability to effectively communicate in both French and English, with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. A proactive, adaptable attitude with a focus on delivering results and driving the recruitment process forward. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and relationship-building capabilities. Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (office in Edinburgh 3 times a week). Preferred: experience recruiting in the UK or European markets.
