Overview Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join an exclusive catering company based in Andover. This is a full time, permanent position and the successful candidate will need to be able to work flexible hours. Responsibilities Answering and actioning quotes/orders by phone or email with attention to detail. Producing and communicating accurate quotes to customers in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring emails are continually monitored. Producing accurate job packs for the kitchen, fully completed and communicated promptly. Sourcing and collection of routine shopping, and sourcing non-stock items online or from specialist suppliers as required. Assisting with overseeing and allocating drivers for daily deliveries. Requirements Experience in an administration or customer service role. Flexible approach to working due to the nature of the business. Comfortable accessing computer systems; experience using Microsoft. Full clean driving licence is desirable. Package 40 hours a week, this can be a variety of days across the week including weekend and some occasional early evenings. Core hours are 9am – 5.30pm. Salary of £26,000 - £27,000, negotiable depending on experience. Opportunity to be part of an exciting, fast-paced business.
