Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for receiving, unloading, and loading large parts orders and small equipment orders and verifying the accuracy and condition of all incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Receiving bundles and attachments and coordinating storage and delivery to the shop for installation.
  • Moving parts between the main building and warehouse as needed.
  • Assembly of small turf products and attachments.
  • Keeping storage areas clean and organized.
  • Performing stock checks and perpetual inventory checks.
  • Responsible for core returns and any other returns.
  • Responsible for ensuring all invoices are receipted in a timely manner.
  • Putting stock away.
  • Operating a fork/reach truck when necessary.
  • Responsible for reports such as Barcode, No bin, Negative bin, Credit tracking, and transfers.
  • Shipping and receiving of transfers from other stores.
  • Shipping of parts via couriers.
  • Surplus returns of deadstock parts monthly.
  • Returning of property to dicom logistics such as totes/repacks.
  • Other associated tasks as required by the Parts Managers.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
  • Good organization, time management skills, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of office/departmental procedures.
  • General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred.
  • Forklift license is an asset.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Rotating weekends and on-call participation will be required.
  • Some heavy lifting is required.
