Driver Hire Colchester is looking for experienced Class 2 drivers to join a local pallet network company for immediate starts. If you have previous experience in pallet work and are looking for ongoing, part-time, or full-time shifts in Clacton and Colchester, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Job Details:
  • Driving a Class 2 vehicle locally and into London.
  • Using a pallet truck or moving heavy cages as part of the role.

Weekly PAYE pay, including pension contributions.

Guaranteed minimum 10 hours' pay per day.

  • Monday - Friday (Day Shift): £15.25 - £16.50 per hour*
  • Flexible weekday and weekend shifts available.
  • Potential for permanent employment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' Class 2 experience (insurance requirement).
  • Physically fit - role involves manual handling.
  • Comfortable driving into London.
  • Valid Category C (Class 2) licence. Up-to-date CPC & Digi Tacho cards.
  • Maximum of 6 points on licence (no DR, DD, or IN convictions).
  • Own transport essential due to varied locations and early starts.

*Please note: Pay rates include holiday pay at 12.07%.
