Sizewell C is a nuclear new build project in Suffolk that, when completed, will provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for at least 60 years. What You Will Be Doing We are passionate about your development and offer a programme that will help develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours both during the scheme and in your future career. You will be involved in live multi‑discipline projects, learning and up‑skilling in many areas of our business. Previous graduates have gone on to become Project Engineers and Project Managers. Your Work Location You will be based at our Sizewell C offices in Suffolk, with placements lasting up to six months. You may also be required to travel to other locations to support different business units and to broaden your knowledge and experience of the nuclear industry. Who You Are To be eligible for this graduate programme you will need to have achieved or expect to achieve a bachelor’s degree or higher (2:2 or higher) in Project Management, Civil or Structural Engineering. We need you to be open‑minded, flexible, and have an agile way of thinking to succeed in a dynamic, fast‑paced project environment. A strategic mindset that brings innovative ideas, effective interpersonal skills, high ethical behaviour, integrity, humility, and character are essential. Excellent communication skills are required to manage stakeholders while prioritising competing demands.
