About the Energy Unit The Energy unit delivers services to clients globally across several sectors including hydropower, nuclear, waste, renewable generation and transmission & distribution networks. Together we provide integrated engineering and project management services across the project lifecycle – from concept and design to construction and operations, to decommissioning or repowering and life extension. Together with our clients, we’re helping to deliver the energy transition globally. Overview Of The Role Our Nuclear, Defence and Civil division is growing and we’re looking for a talented MEP BIM Technician to join our team. You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of projects, from defence and nuclear to energy and major infrastructure where your skills will make a real impact. Key Responsibilities And Duties Include Create and develop 3D models using Revit, collaborating effectively across project teams Produce AutoCAD drawings and detailed designs through all project stages Work closely with the BIM team to ensure 3D information containers meet agreed standards, methods, and procedures Prepare schedules, specifications, and reports to support project delivery Conduct site surveys and respond to technical queries for MEP projects Support quality checks of drawings before technical review by Discipline Leads Candidate Specification Essential Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Knowledge of MEP service coordination and construction techniques Understanding of building regulations Strong teamwork and communication skills Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver Desirable Experience in Nuclear projects Please be advised that offers for this role are conditional upon obtaining the appropriate level of Security Clearance.
