About The Role Within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, you will manage and support Power Platform use, identify process improvement opportunities, gather and analyse requirements, build Power Platform solutions and support the effective use of digital tools across the university. You will deliver innovative solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and integrations with systems such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and other non‑Microsoft applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT colleagues, and third‑party suppliers to ensure solutions deliver maximum value. Alongside delivering complex projects directly, you will train and support others to lead smaller‑scale process improvement initiatives, building expertise across the university. About You You are a technically skilled, solutions‑focused professional with a strong IT foundation and commitment to continuous development. You have hands‑on experience in Microsoft Power Platform – particularly Power Apps and Power Automate – and understand low‑code development, systems integration and process automation. You have experience analysing business processes, gathering user requirements and delivering impactful digital solutions that improve efficiency and user experience. Your knowledge of agile methodologies, project delivery frameworks and inclusive design principles enables effective cross‑functional collaboration and adaptation to evolving priorities. Your collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills and ability to mentor others make you a trusted partner in driving change. You are passionate about using technology to solve problems, streamline operations and build capability across the organisation.
