The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.STRATEGIC TALENT ACQUISITIONCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Ensure that the selection processes are closed within reasonable timelines. If not, redefine search strategies with the assistance of HR Business Partners.RECRUITMENT PROCESS & OPERATIONSScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and guidance throughout the whole recruitment process.Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.ONBOARDINGFacilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.WHAT WE OFFERWorking in a young, collaborative and international environment.Tailored training.Company Events / Briefings.On site Gym.Bonus scheme.Annual salary review process.Meal TicketsFree additional health insuranceExperienceUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environmentFluency in both Italian and EnglishProven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of positions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple, dynamic priorities and tight deadlines.Goal-oriented and open-minded, with a proactive and “can do” attitude to work.Demonstrate accountability and commitment.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
