FTE (or £21,200 – £24,000 p.a. for 4 days/week) Job Type Full time (35 hours/week) or Part time (28 hours/week) Contract Fixed Term: January 2026 – April 2027 (16 months) Start Date January 2026 Overview The Henry Moore Foundation was founded by the artist in 1977 to encourage public appreciation of the visual arts and is the largest artist‑endowed grant‑giving foundation in Europe. We hold the principal collection of artworks by Moore, including monumental bronzes, carvings, works on paper and tapestries. Works are displayed at the artist’s home in Perry Green and tour nationally and internationally. The Role This fixed‑term position, funded through Bloomberg Philanthropies Digital Accelerator Programme, focuses on updating and improving the Foundation’s online collection offer. The successful candidate will play a key role in: Shaping and delivering engaging online content. Establishing and maintaining a new digital asset management system (DAMS). Managing digital assets, associated files and metadata within a collections or records‑management environment. Creating and editing website content that enhances access to our collections and projects. Collaborating across diverse teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of digital materials. Required Skills & Experience Experience with collections databases or digital asset management systems (preferably TMS Collections / Media Studio). Experience with website content management systems (preferably WordPress). Excellent writing, proofreading and attention to detail; ability to follow house‑style guidelines. Degree or equivalent in art, museum or digital technology subject. Interest in modern sculpture, especially the work of Henry Moore. Competency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Photoshop. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
