This well-established water treatment/hygiene company provides a broad range of services to clients nationwide. They are currently looking to employ an experienced Water Treatment Scheduler / Coordinator to join their busy office in and around the Bromley area. The successful candidate will hold experience working within a water treatment / legionella company; scheduling and coordinating site staff across the Southern region. Applications will be considered from Croydon, Beckenham, Orpington, Epsom, and the surrounding areas.Experience:Must have a strong educational, water hygiene and administrative background.Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.Experienced in scheduling and coordinating site staff.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.The ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.Good attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft office package.Having Legionella experienced would be beneficial.Role:Assist the manager with the day to day duties.Plan, schedule and allocate jobs to engineers.Quality system management.Maintain the database systems.Deal with compliance reports.Provide quotations for remedial works carried out.Deal with enquiries and send certificates to clients/customersOrganise and maintain staff diaries.Carry out any other administrative duties as required.This is a great opportunity to work for a company that offers an attractive salary, depending on experience and other benefits.Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene Industry, we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Accounts Manager, and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level.We are inundated with applications, we will endeavour to get back in touch, however if you have applied to Future Select and you have not heard from us after a week, on this occasion, you will not have been successful.
