You will collaborate with senior leaders, learn from their expertise, and connect with a supportive network of past graduates across our group.By the end of the scheme, you’ll have the knowledge, experience, and confidence to start shaping your long-term future with Ecclesiastical Insurance.What you\'ll be doingWhen you join Ecclesiastical Insurance, you will receive a tailored induction and will be assigned both a business mentor and buddy to provide support throughout the programme. The scheme’s structure combines focused business placements in General Insurance, where you will be involved in the delivery of strategic business initiatives.Towards the end of the programme, you will have an extended placement in a focused role within General Insurance that will draw upon your wider business awareness.
