You will provide expert technical guidance, support maintenance solutions, and drive aftermarket sales initiatives, making sure Eriez equipment delivers value well beyond the initial purchase.As the Aftermarket Service Engineer, your core duties will include:Partner with clients to understand performance needs and propose tailored aftermarket solutions, review, negotiate and renew customer contractsEstablish and execute effective aftermarket sales strategies and programs by cross-selling our products and services to provide after-sales service supportMentor customers and internal teams on product maintenance, upgrades, parts, and service best practicesBuild opportunity pipeline, quotes, costings and/or tenders using an ERP system and provide support to our Rep Agents, Resellers and DistributorsLead technical presentations, demos, quoting, and issue resolution with professionalism and clarityBuild enduring relationships that fuel revenue, loyalty, and brand advocacy by visiting customer sites and reviewing spare partsThis role will require you to visit our customer sites as well as provide phone and online support to ensure the best outcome for our customers.Join a company that values precision, innovation, and strong project leadership.
