In Business Change, our focus is on digital transformation to support our staff and improve outcomes for our communities.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead business change and digital transformation projects, including a major case management system replacement. You’ll plan the key deliverables, coordinate project resources, report on progress, and support communication and change management.
