The Team Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a multi-disciplinary team within a busy Community Mental Health Team. The role involves managing service user records, handling correspondence, and liaising with external agencies, requiring strong organisational and communication skills. Managing electronic records and filing systems. Handling incoming calls and messages, ensuring appropriate follow-up. Communicating effectively with internal teams, service users, and external partners. Booking interpreters and managing incoming/outgoing post. Scanning and uploading clinical documents into electronic systems. Providing reception cover and general administrative support. Assisting clinicians with IT troubleshooting. Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings.
