Routes Healthcare is seeking dedicated and passionate care workers to deliver high standards of care.RequirementsAt least 6 months of paid care experience in the UKThe right to work in the UK without employer sponsorshipA caring, positive attitude and patienceExcellent communciation skills both verbal and writtenExperience with tracheostomy care, Peg feed , ventilator would be beneficial but not essentialAbout the RoleWe have couple of clients in the area - Night shifts 8pm-8am 24 h shift day shift. We have a client in Darlington who needs support from dedicated complex care assistants. Routes Healthcare is committed to enhancing lives 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not only for those we support but also for their loved ones and family members.We provide complex care services for people with long-term health conditions, clinically-led enhanced homecare, and end-of-life care, all tailored around the individual’s hobbies, activities, and daily routines.Care is always needed, so a range of shifts will be available from Monday to Sunday.
