Position We’re seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Team, covering the HULL area. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing Acorn Stairlifts within our customers homes. Location MUST BE BASED IN THE HU POSTCODE AREA Salary £32,400 - £35,400 P/A (OTE £42,000 +) Working Hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. (1 in 3 weekends or 1 in 4 weekends - Contractual). Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the field. Meeting all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner. Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management. Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a safe manner. To communicate effectively with external customers, and provide customer feedback. What do we offer?
