Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with : Proven leadership experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher Expertise in autism, SEN, and complex behavioural needs Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, school improvement, and raising attainment Experience in budget and resource management A relevant teaching qualification and the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams A commitment to safeguarding, high-quality teaching, and pupil wellbeing At Baston House School, every pupil is supported to reach their potential in a safe, structured, and inspiring environment.
