East Dundry, United Kingdom TeacherActive Full time

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fantastic SEND school in Bristol, supporting their recruitment for a SEND Learning Support Assistant (SEND LSA). The school is dedicated to helping every pupil reach their full potential, focusing not only on academic progress but also on developing essential emotional, social, and behavioural skills.

This creative and inclusive setting provides a highly nurturing environment with small class sizes and a strong emphasis on individualised learning. The team is seeking a passionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join them on a short-term basis, with the potential for this to develop into a long-term role for the right person.

The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will:
✅ Be patient, calm, and empathetic in all interactions
Be open to learning and committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ lives
Be confident supporting children with additional or complex needs

Build strong relationships with pupils, promoting trust and independence
Driving is highly desirable due to the location and nature of the role
