Responsibilities Deliver efficient and professional HR support across the organization including on‑boarding, off‑boarding, employee changes, salary adjustments, and benefits administration. Maintain and update HR systems (HRIS, spreadsheets, personnel records). Process Right to Work, DBS checks and other legal compliance requirements. Support HR Manager and wider team on restructuring, TUPE transfers, disciplinary procedures and general HR queries. Generate regular reports, support ad‑hoc HR projects and manage the HR shared mailbox. Monitor health and safety responsibilities and promote continuous improvement. Requirements Solid knowledge and experience in HR functions and employment law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong administrative abilities. Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and HRIS systems. Ability to manage a high‑volume workload under pressure with flexibility and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and commitment to Hestia values and mission. Interview Steps Shortlisting call with recruitment specialists.
