We are seeking a creative and passionate Sous Chef to join our experienced catering team.Based at The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this is a full-time role on a 5 of 7 Monday–Sunday shift basis with shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Corporate Catering Manager and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and ensure food is prepared and served to a high quality and standard.Assist with menu planning, menu development, and food preparation.About the OrganizationHorder Healthcare has been committed to caring since 1954. We operate hospitals in Crowborough and East Grinstead, with outreach clinics in Eastbourne and Seaford. We partner with The McIndoe Centre to deliver a range of high-quality plastic, reconstructive, maxillofacial, ophthalmology and orthopaedic services.
