If you are an ambitious Quality assurance Engineer looking for a new challenge in the world of infrastructure/Civil Construction and would like to help shape future of STRABAG, then please read the below job description.Good Data analytical skills with experience in creating dashboards, spotting trends ect.Experience in QA Procedures and Controls (ITP’s, Specifications) is desirable but not essentialBeing observant and analyticalCommunication and dependabilityInformation technology and safetyQualification to Degree or HND levelSTRABAG - Work On Progress: Becoming Climate Neutral by 2040.Establish and promote best practice in quality mattersin conjunction with the Quality function.Delivery of the IQAssurance planUndertake Quality audits as required.Trending and reportingof IQ Quality performanceSupport the “get itright to improve productivity” initiativeDriving the capture andimplementation of lessons learnedEnsure that all personnel are aware of their statutoryduties and responsibilities, and to provide advice as and when required.Support management teams to ensure compliance with allrequirements stipulated in the Quality PlansPromote the reporting of nonconformances.Collate Business / Contract Quality statistics in atimely manner and submit to the Quality Management and Quality functionfor reporting purposes.Review Quality information to identify trends and areasfor improvement. Develop and implement Quality campaigns andimprovement plans in agreement with the Quality ManagementProvide support to Project teams in the development ofQuality PlansReview Quality plans, procedures and associateddocumentation.Maintain records as necessary to ensure compliance withCompany procedures and Contract RequirementsProvide reports, presentations and information asdirected by the Business / Quality Management.Participate in working groups / forums as required.Provide input into pre-qualification, tender andQuality award submissions.We stand for respect, partnership, and sustainability, creating a work environment that promotes safety, health, and development.
