Learning Support Assistant (SEN) Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are a welcoming and forward-thinking SEN school located in Chelmsford, Essex, seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our dynamic and supportive team. About the Role: As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to students with a variety of learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other complex learning needs. This is a highly rewarding role where every day brings new opportunities to help young people thrive.
