This role, based in Manchester’s vibrant Deansgate, offers a platform to shape a world-class brand.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy: Develop a robust plan for Omnia Insights, aligning with Omnia’s mission to deliver excellence in luxury investment.Content Creation: Write and edit articles, blogs, and newsletters on market trends, luxury residences, and investment strategies.Team Oversight: Manage freelance writers and contributors to ensure quality and deadlines are met.Visual Collaboration: Work with designers to produce stunning layouts for digital and print assets.Market Research: Analyze 25+ residential markets to inform content.Event Coverage: Partner with our events team to promote exclusive property showcases and investor summits.Editorial Planning: Maintain a 12-month content calendar for consistent, timely output.Performance Analysis: Use analytics to boost and track engagement, targeting our 10,000+ investor audience.Brand Adherence: Uphold Omnia’s aspirational tone and visual guidelines across all channels.SEO Optimization: Collaborate with specialists to enhance organic SEOperformanceBudget Management: Oversee content resources efficiently within allocated funds.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years in content management, ideally in luxury, real estate, or financial sectors.Skills: Exceptional writing (10-15 word sentences, 70% under 15 words), editing, and SEO expertise; proficiency in CMS platforms and tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field; Master’s advantageous but not required.Knowledge: Understanding of global residential markets and investment principles is a plus.Attributes: Strategic thinker, creative storyteller, and adept at managing multiple priorities.The Ideal CandidateYou’re a visionary with a passion for luxury lifestyles and property investment.
