Role Details Location: Warrington Hours: 32 hours a week Shift Pattern: Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun Hourly Rate: £12.60 Responsibilities Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity. Assess and identify vulnerabilities, working proactively to minimise risk. Maintain liaison with store management and local authorities when required. Manage vulnerable persons with empathy and respect. Complete colleague and contractor searches in line with company policy. Digitally report incidents using tablets or phones for daily activity planning. Produce detailed and legible incident reports to aid the client and local authorities. Requirements Valid SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence. Previous experience in a Retail Security role is advantageous but not required; full training will be provided. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with conflict.
